By accessing our website or placing an order with Crafting Blvd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them before making a purchase.

✓ Our Products

Crafting Blvd offers a range of crafting products including stickers, card toppers, die-cut toppers, cardstock die cuts, embellishments and other creative supplies.

Many of our products are handmade and prepared to order with love and care in our Australian studio.

As handmade products are individually created, slight variations may occasionally occur between items. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

✓ Product Images, Colours & Sizes

We make every effort to ensure our photographs and product descriptions accurately represent the items you will receive.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor or screen settings, lighting conditions and other factors outside our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will be an exact representation of the physical product.

Product images may also be enlarged or photographed close-up to show detail. Please refer to the individual product description for measurements, quantities, materials and other important product information before ordering.

Where dimensions are stated as approximate, minor variations may occur due to the handmade or die-cut nature of the product.

✓ Ordering

Please carefully check your order, including the product, quantity, colour, size, finish, cardstock and any other options selected, before completing checkout.

Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to change or cancel it, particularly where products have been handmade, cut, printed or otherwise prepared specifically for your order.

If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where production has not already commenced.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing or website error has occurred, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

✓ Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the Crafting Blvd website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Square. Crafting Blvd does not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card details. Card information is securely processed by Square in accordance with its own security and privacy practices.

When you place an order, your nominated payment method will be charged for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable postage charges.

If a payment is declined, cannot be authorised or is otherwise unsuccessful, your order may not be processed until successful payment has been received.

Where Crafting Blvd issues an approved refund for an order paid by credit or debit card, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method. The time taken for refunded funds to appear in your account may depend on your card issuer or financial institution.

Any additional payment options introduced in the future will be displayed at checkout.

✓ Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade or prepared to order.

We aim to have all orders prepared, packaged and dispatched within 48 business hours of receiving your order.

Business hours exclude weekends and public holidays. During exceptionally busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer, but we will always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

✓ Postage & Delivery

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post using the postage option selected or applicable at checkout.

Where available, customers may choose between Regular, Tracked and Express Post options. Some order values require tracked delivery.

We offer combined postage, meaning products purchased and paid for together as one order attract one applicable postage charge rather than individual postage charges for every item.

Where suitable, products are placed in protective packaging and sent in a heavy-duty rigid cardboard mailer to help protect them during transit.

✓ Untracked Regular Post

Where the Regular Post option is selected, tracking is not included and we are therefore unable to provide tracking information or monitor the progress of the item after dispatch.

Estimated Australia Post delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and delays can occasionally occur.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

✓ Express Post

Selecting Express Post provides a faster Australia Post delivery service but does not reduce our normal order processing time.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for preparation and dispatch, even when Express Post has been selected.

✓ Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as Crafting Blvd does not normally offer refunds or exchanges where you simply change your mind, order the incorrect product or option, find the item elsewhere at a different price, or decide you no longer require the item.

This is particularly important for products that are handmade, printed, cut or prepared specifically to fulfil your order.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian businesses are not required to provide a remedy simply because a customer changes their mind, but consumer guarantee rights still apply where there is a problem with the goods.

✓ Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made, personalised or specially requested products are created specifically for you based on the information and options you provide.

Please check all names, wording, measurements, colours and other customisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Once production of a custom or personalised product has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Nothing in this section excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, does not match the agreed description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

✓ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when making, checking and packaging Crafting Blvd products.

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact us with details of the problem. Photographs may be helpful so that we can understand and assess the issue quickly.

Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, depending on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor. Crafting Blvd will not exclude or restrict those rights.

✓ Incorrect Information Supplied by the Customer

Crafting Blvd cannot be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied when placing an order, such as an incorrect delivery address, spelling error, personalised wording, colour, size or other option selected by the customer.

Please check all information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. Where your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will do our best to assist.

✓ Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Crafting Blvd website and its original content, including our product photographs, written descriptions, branding, graphics and other original website material, are owned by or licensed for use by Crafting Blvd.

This material must not be copied, reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a physical Crafting Blvd product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property rights.

✓ Website Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information, pricing and availability displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, typographical errors, incorrect prices, technical issues or other mistakes may occur. Where an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide the option to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.

✓ Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal information collected through the Crafting Blvd website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

✓ Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible purchases and cannot be removed by store policies or terms and conditions.

✓ Changes to These Terms

Crafting Blvd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, policies or applicable requirements.

The Terms & Conditions displayed on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
